Structure

  • Title: Craft a compelling and informative title that clearly reflects the article's content.

  • Introduction: Start with an engaging introduction that outlines the importance of the topic and what readers can expect to learn.

  • Body: Divide the body into clear, logical sections using subheadings. Each section should explore a specific aspect of the challenge, supported by data, examples, and analysis.

  • Conclusion: Summarize the key points and offer concluding thoughts or recommendations.

 

Writing Style & Formatting

  • Use clear, concise language and avoid jargon where possible.

  • Ensure the content is original, well-researched, and factually accurate. If it is a personal experience, we accept learning about a particular point of view.

  • Use Arial or Calibri (12 pt) size.

 

Visuals

  • If you provide visuals (charts, graphs, images), ensure they are relevant to the content and enhance the reader’s understanding.

  • GOVhex administration reserves the right to replace visuals if they do not align with the article's theme.

 

Submission Guidelines​

  • Sensitive Information: Do not disclose any sensitive information, such as names of individuals or confidential details. Articles containing such information will be rejected.

 

  • Author's Responsibility: GOVhex is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the author. Ensure your content is accurate and properly cited.

 

  • Submission: Send your article to admin@govhex.com with the subject line “GOVhex Article Submission – [Your Topic]”. Include your name, a brief bio, and contact information. Please ensure that the article is included in the body of the email, not as an attachment.

 

Post-Submission

  • Review Process: Your article will undergo a review by the GOVhex editorial team. This process may take up to two weeks.

  • Feedback and Revisions: If revisions are needed, you will receive feedback. Make the necessary changes and resubmit promptly.

  • Publication: Once approved, your article will be scheduled for publication. You will be notified of the publication date.
